My story is defined by a lifelong commitment to bridging the gap between science and market, transforming academic research into global impact. With over two decades of experience in technology transfer, I’ve helped universities, startups, and governments unlock the full potential of innovation.

As the former Director of the University of Belgrade’s Center for Technology Transfer and a current mentor in leading European accelerators, I’ve supported hundreds of innovators in navigating intellectual property, securing investment, and building commercialization roadmaps. From writing IP policies to co-founding deep-tech startups, I’ve worked hands-on to translate breakthrough research into real-world solutions.

I now focus on empowering professionals with practical strategies and tools — especially AI-driven ones — to streamline the entire innovation lifecycle. Whether mentoring spin-outs or designing international programs, I bring a strategic, system-level approach to making knowledge matter.

Throughout my career, I've been at the forefront of shaping the future of technology, blending theoretical knowledge with practical insights. I am committed to making AI and machine learning accessible to learners at all levels, demystifying complex concepts in an engaging and collaborative learning environment.
